The Department administers State Land and Revenue generation‚ survey and settlement apart from updating of Land records‚ provide financial assistance to allot tees of surplus land‚ survey the tribal areas‚ maintain computerization of land records‚ registrations and transfer of property‚ etc. E-dhara computerization of Land records is managed Initiative by the Revenue Department. Use of Government wasteland to be made cultivable for modern technology and providing funds to aid Disaster management in case of Earthquake or natural calamities, are some initiatives of the Department.
